Hadith 1694
Tell us the son of Abu Yahya from Ishaq ibn Abi scalp, 'Umar ibn al-Hakam, Jabir bin Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him: that the two men run-down beast, and he settled each one of them the evidence they mount Nottagha judged by the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him for the one who is in his hands . He took the first from the second part of the hadeeth’s difference, and the second from the lawsuit and evidence, which is the first hadith in it.
