أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ مُحَيِّصَةَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ نَاقَةً لِلْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ دَخَلَتْ حَائِطَ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ، فَأَفْسَدَتْ فِيهِ فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْحَوَائِطِ حِفْظَهَا بِالنَّهَارِ وَعَلَى أَهْلِ الْمَاشِيَةِ مَا أَفْسَدَتْ مَاشِيَتُهُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ من الْجُزْء الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

Tell us Ayoub bin Sweden, he said: Tell us Ouzai, for syphilis, from haram bin Mahash, Bara bin celibate may Allah be pleased with him: that the camel of Bara bin celibate entered the wall of supporters, perverting in which he judged the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him on the people of the walls saved During the day and the livestock, the livestock are not spoiled at night. Take the two hadiths out of the second part of the hadeeth difference.
