أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ مِثْلُكُمْ، وَإِنَّكُمْ تَخْتَصِمُونَ إِلَيَّ فَلَعَلَّ بَعْضَكُمْ أَنْ يَكُونَ أَلْحَنَ بِحُجَّتِهِ مِنْ بَعْضٍ، فَأَقْضِي لَهُ عَلَى نَحْوِ مَا أَسْمَعُ مِنْهُ، فَمَنْ قَضَيْتُ لَهُ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ حَقِّ أَخِيهِ فَلا يَأْخُذْ مِنْهُ فَإِنَّمَا أَقْطَعُ لَهُ قِطْعَةً مِنَ النَّارِ» . أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ إِبْطَالِ الاسْتِحْسَانِ، وَهُوَ آخِرُ حَدِيثٍ فِيهِ.

Tell us the owner, Hisham, from his father, Zainab girl Abu Salamah, Umm Salamah: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: «I am only a man like you, and You Takhtsamun to perhaps one another to be robin Bhjtah of some, he spends it on about What I hear from him, for whomever I have spent a bit of his brother's right, so he will not be taken from him, but rather he will cut off a piece of fire for him. ” Take out the first from the oath with the witness and the second from the book of invalidation of approval, which is the last hadith in it.
