أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْهَادِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ بُسْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ مَوْلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ: «إِذَا حَكَمَ الْحَاكِمُ فَاجْتَهَدَ فَأَصَابَ فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ، وَإِذَا حَكَمَ وَاجْتَهَدَ فَأَخْطَأَ فَلَهُ أَجْرٌ» .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1685
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Abdul Aziz bin Mohammed, Yazid bin Abdullah bin Alhad, Muhammad ibn Taymi, about the mystery, from Abu Qais Mawla Amr ibn al-Aas, Amr ibn al-Aas: that he heard the Messenger of Allah He and peace be upon him, he says: “If the ruler rules and exerts effort, then he will have wages, and if he decides, take action, then take action.”
