أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ لَمَّا دَوَّنَ الدَّوَاوِينَ، قَالَ: بِمَنْ تَرَوْنَ أَنْ أَبْدَأَ؟ فَقِيلَ لَهُ: ابْدَأْ بِالأَقْرَبِ فَالأَقْرَبِ بِكَ، قَالَ: بَلْ أَبْدَأُ بِالأَقْرَبِ فَالأَقْرَبِ بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ وَقَوْلَ الشَّافِعِيِّ مِنْ كِتَابِ أَحْكَامِ الْقُرْآنِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرِّسَالَةِ، وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ قَسْمِ الْفَيْءِ، وَهُوَ آخِرُ مَا فِيهِ.

Sufyan told us, on the authority of Amr Bin Dinar, on the authority of Abu Ja`far Muhammad ibn Ali: that Umar, may God be pleased with him when he remained He was told: Start with the one who is closest to the one closest to you. He said: Rather, start with the one who is closest to the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him. He took out the first and the words of al-Shafi’i from the Book of the Rulings of the Qur’an, the second from the letter of the letter, and the third from the Book of Q-o
