أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: مَا رَأَيْتُ أَحَدًا أَكْثَرَ مُشَاوَرَةً لأَصْحَابِهِ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. وَقَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: وَقَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى: {وَأَمْرُهُمْ شُورَى بَيْنَهُمْ} [الشورى: 38] .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1682
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the son Uyaynah, for syphilis, he said: Abu Hurayrah may Allah be pleased with him: I never saw anyone more consultation to his companions of the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him. Al-Shafi’i said: “God Almighty said: {And their command is a consultation between them.” [Al-Shura: 38].
