أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا يَحْكُمُ الْحَاكِمُ أَوْ لا يَقْضِي الْقَاضِي بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ» . أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ أَدَبِ الْقَاضِي وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ أَحْكَامِ الْقُرْآنِ.

Tell us the son Uyaynah, Abd al-Malik ibn Amir, Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi reel from his father: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: «do not judge the ruling or not serving the judge between the two and is angry». Take out the first from the judge's literature book and the second from the Quranic rulings book.
