أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا يَقْضِي الْقَاضِي أَوْ لا يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ» .

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1680

Tell us Shafei, he said: Tell us Sufian, Abdul Malik bin Amir, Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi reel from his father: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: «not spend a judge or not judge between two and is angry».
