أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ: أَنَّ رَجُلا مِنْ بَنِي سَعْدِ بْنِ لَيْثٍ أَجْرَى فَرَسًا فَوَطِئَ عَلَى أُصْبُعِ رَجُلٍ مِنْ جُهَيْنَةَ فَنَزَى فِيهَا فَمَاتَ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ لِلَّذِي ادَّعَى عَلَيْهِمْ: تَحْلِفُونُ خَمْسِينَ يَمِينًا مَا مَاتَ مِنْهَا؟ فَأَبَوْا أَنْ يَخْرُجُوا مِنَ الأَيْمَانِ، فَقَالَ لِلآخَرِينَ: احْلِفُوا أَنْتُمْ فَأَبَوْا وَتَحَرَّجُوا. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ السَّبْقِ وَالرَّمْيِ وَالْقَسَامَةِ وَالْكُسُوفِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ، وَإِلَى آخِرِ السَّادِسِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ، وَهِيَ آخِرُ مَا فِيهِ.

Malik ibn Anas told us, from Ibn Shihab from Sulayman ibn Yasar that a man from Bani Saad bin Laith held a finger on the horse Voti man supervisor Vensy where he died, Omar said to the one who claimed them: what right Thlfon fifty of them died?
