أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ وَعَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَضَى فِي الإِبْهَامِ بِخَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ، وَفِي الَّتِي تَلِيهَا بِعَشَرَةٍ وَفِي الْوُسْطَى بِعَشَرَةٍ، وَفِي الَّتِي تَلِي الْخِنْصِرِ بِتِسْعٍ وَفِي الْخِنْصِرِ بِسِتٍّ.

Tell us Sufian Abdul Wahab Althagafi, Yahya ibn Said from Said ibn al-Musayyib: that Omar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him in the thumb spent fifteen, and in the next ten and in the middle ten, and in the following pinkie nine in six pinkie.
