أَخْبَرَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَضَى فِي الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ أَرْبَعَةَ آلافٍ، وَفِي الْمَجُوسِيِّ بِثَمَانِ مِائَةٍ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الدِّيَاتِ وَالْقِصَاصِ، وَالثَّانِيَ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ السِّيَرِ عَلَى سِيَرِ الْوَاقِدِيِّ وَهُمَا آخِرُ مَا فِيهِ.

Tell us Fadhil bin Ayaz, Mansour, constant, from Sa'eed ibn al-Musayyib, Umar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him she spent in the Jewish and Christian four thousand, and in Magus eight hundred. He took the first from the book of Diyat and the retribution, and the second and the third from the book of biographies of Al-Waqidi's discourse, and they are the last of it.
