قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ فَإِنْ قَالَ قَائِلٌ: مَا الْخَبَرُ بِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْجَنِين عَلَى الْعَاقِلَةِ؟ قِيلَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثِّقَةُ، قَالَ الرَّبِيعُ: وَهُوَ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانٍ، عَنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ.
