أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُقَوِّمُ الإِبِلَ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْقُرَى أَرْبَعَ مِائَةِ دِينَارٍ أَوْ عَدْلَهَا مِنَ الْوَرِقِ وَيَقْسِمُهَا عَلَى أَثْمَانِ الإِبِلِ، فَإِذَا غَلَتْ رَفَعَ فِي قِيمَتِهَا، وَإِذَا هَانَتْ نَقَصَ مِنْ ثَمَنِهَا عَلَى أَهْلِ الْقُرَى الثَّمَنُ مَا كَانَ.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Muslim bin Khalid, son of Greg, Amr ibn Shoaib, said: The Prophet, peace be upon him the camels on the people of the villages four hundred dinars, or modified paper and divided by the prices of camels, if GLT raise In its value, and if it is a deficiency of its price, the people of the villages will be the price.
