أَخْبَرَنَا مَرْوَانُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، قَالَ: لَجَأَ قَوْمٌ إِلَى جَعْشَمٍ فَلَمَّا غَشِيَهُمُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ اسْتَعْصَمُوا بِالسُّجُودِ، فَقَتَلُوا بَعْضَهُمْ، فَبَلَغَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «أَعْطُوهُمْ نِصْفَ الْعَقْلِ لِصَلاتِهِمْ» . ثُمَّ قَالَ عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ: «أَلا إِنِّي بَرِيءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ مَعَ مُشْرِكٍ» . قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، لِمَ؟ قَالَ: «لا تَتَرَاءَى نَارَاهُمَا» . أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ جِرَاحِ الْعَمْدِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1642
Tell us Marwan, Ismail ibn Abi Khaled, Qais bin Abi Hazim, said the people resorted to Jashm when Gshehm Muslims Astasamua prostrate, killing some of them, reaching to the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: «Give them half a mind of their prayers». Then he said, “Not that I am innocent of every Muslim with a participant.” They said: O Messenger of God, why? He said: "You do not see their fire." Take the two hadiths out of the mayor's book.
