أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُطَرِّفٌ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، قَالَ: كَانَ أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ بْنُ الْيَمَانِ شَيْخًا كَبِيرًا، فَرُفِعَ فِي الآطَامِ مَعَ النِّسَاءِ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ فَخَرَجَ يَتَعَرَّضُ لِلشَّهَادَةِ، فَجَاءَ مِنْ نَاحِيَةِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ، فَابْتَدَرُوهُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ، فَتَوَشَّقُوهُ بِأَسْيَافِهِمْ، وَحُذَيْفَةُ يَقُولُ: أَبِي أَبِي فَلا يَسْمَعُونَ مِنْ شُغُلِ الْحَرْبِ حَتَّى قَتَلُوهُ، فَقَالَ حُذَيْفَةُ: يَغْفِرُ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ وَهُوَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ. فَقَضَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِدِيَتِهِ.

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1641

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Mutarraf, Muammar, for syphilis, from the loop, he said: Abu Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman is an old man, he lifted up in Alatam with women on one went out exposed to the testimony, came on the one hand the infidels, Muslims Fabtdroh, Vetohqoh With their swords, Hudhayfah says: My father, my father, do not hear from the work of the war until they killed him, so Hudhayfah said: forgive him. Most Merciful. The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, spent his household.
