أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «مَنْ قُتِلَ فِي عِمِّيَّةٍ رَمْيًا يَكُونُ بَيْنَهُمْ بِحِجَارَةٍ أَوْ جَلْدٍ بِالسَّوْطِ أَوْ ضَرْبٍ بِالْعَصَا، هُوَ خَطَأٌ عَقْلُهُ عَقْلُ الْخَطَأِ. وَمَنْ قُتِلَ عَمْدًا فَهُوَ قَوَدُ يَدِهِ، فَمَنْ حَالَ دُونَهُ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَغَضَبُهُ، لا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلا عَدْلٌ» .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1639
Tell us the son Uyaynah, Amr ibn Dinar, Tawoos, the Prophet peace be upon him: he said: «killed in the civilian side by firing them have stones or leather whip or hit with a stick, his mind is wrong wrong mind. And whoever is intentionally killed is a handwriting of his hand, and whoever turns without him, then he must curse and anger God, and there will be no exchange or justice. ”
