أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مُجَاهِدًا يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ: كَانَ فِي بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ الْقِصَاصُ وَلَمْ تَكُنْ فِيهِمُ الدِّيَةُ، فَقَالَ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى لِهَذِهِ الأُمَّةِ: {كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِصَاصُ فِي الْقَتْلَى الْحُرُّ بِالْحُرِّ وَالْعَبْدُ بِالْعَبْدِ وَالأُنْثَى بِالأُنْثَى فَمَنْ عُفِيَ لَهُ مِنْ أَخِيهِ شَيْءٌ فَاتِّبَاعٌ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَأَدَاءٌ إِلَيْهِ بِإِحْسَانٍ ذَلِكَ تَخْفِيفٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَرَحْمَةٌ} [البقرة: 178] ، مِمَّا كُتِبَ عَلَى مَنْ كَانَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ، {فَمَنِ اعْتَدَى بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَلَهُ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ} [البقرة: 178] . أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الدِّيَاتِ وَالْقِصَاصِ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرِّسَالَةِ، وَإِلَى آخِرِ السَّادِسِ مِنْ كِتَابِ جِرَاحِ الْعَمْدِ.

Tell us Sufian bin appointment, he said: Tell us Amr ibn Dinar said: I heard Mujahid said: I heard Ibn Abbas says was in the children of Israel, retribution was not in them blood money, said the Almighty God for this nation: {wrote you retribution in the free dead heat-slave slave And the female is the female, so whoever is exempt from his brother has something to follow, and the following is known and the performance of it is done with good, that is, the relief of you, } [Al-Baqarah: 178], What was written upon him who was before you, {He who is transgressed after that has a painful punishment} [Al-Baqarah: 178]. Take the two hadiths from the Diyat book and the qisas and the third from the letter book, and to the sixth sixth of the book of the surgeon.
