أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو حَنِيفَةَ سِمَاكُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ الْكَعْبِيِّ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ: " مَنْ قُتِلَ لَهُ قَتِيلٌ فَهُوَ بِخَيْرِ النَّظَرَيْنِ: إِنْ أَحَبَّ أَخَذَ الْعَقْلَ، وَإِنْ أَحَبَّ فَلَهُ الْقَوَدُ ". فَقَالَ أَبُو حَنِيفَةَ: فَقُلْتُ لابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ: أَتَأْخُذُ بِهَذَا يَا أَبَا الْحَارِثِ؟ فَضَرَبَ صَدْرِي، وَصَاحَ عَلَيَّ صِيَاحًا كَثِيرًا وَنَالَ مِنِّي، وَقَالَ: أُحَدِّثُكَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَتَقُولُ: تَأْخُذُ بِهِ. نَعَمْ، آخُذُ بِهِ وَذَلِكَ الْفَرْضُ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَى مَنْ سَمِعَهُ، إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ اخْتَارَ مُحَمَّدًا صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ النَّاسِ فَهَدَاهُمْ بِهِ، عَلَى يَدَيْهِ وَاخْتَارَ لَهُمْ مَا اخْتَارَ لَهُ، عَلَى لِسَانِهِ فَعَلَى الْخَلْقِ أَنْ يَتَّبِعُوهُ طَائِعِينَ أَوْ دَاخِرِينَ، لا مَخْرَجَ لِمُسْلِمٍ مِنْ ذَلِكَ. قَالَ: وَمَا سَكَتَ عَنِّي حَتَّى تَمَنَّيْتُ أَنْ يَسْكُتَ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1632
Tell me Abu Hanifa fishmonger bin Fadl, he said, and told me Ibn Abi wolf, for Maqbari, Abu Shurayh Kaabi: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said the conquest: "Who killed him dead it is fine theorists: that I love taking the mind, though I love hath Fuel. " Abu Hanifa said: I said to Ibn Abi Tha'bib: Do you take this, O Abu al-Harith? So my chest hit, and he shouted at me a lot of shouting and he got from me, and he said: I tell you about the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace and say peace and blessings be upon him. Yes, take him by the imposition on and on reputation, God Almighty chose Muhammad peace be upon him people Hidayat him, on his hands and chose them what they chose him, on his tongue For the creation to follow him disobedient or disgraced, no way out of a Muslim from it. He said: He did not keep silence from me until I wished to be silenced.
