أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ: أَنَّ ابْنَ شَاسٍ الْجُذَامِيَّ قَتَلَ رَجُلا مِنْ أَنْبَاطِ الشَّامِ، فَرُفِعَ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فَأَمَرَ بِقَتْلِهِ، فَكَلَّمَهُ الزُّبَيْرُ وَنَاسٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَنَهَوْهُ عَنْ قَتْلِهِ، قَالَ: فَجَعَلَ دِيَتَهُ أَلْفَ دِينَارٍ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1628
Tell us Mohammed bin Hassan, he said: Tell us Mohammed bin Zaid, said: Tell us Sufian bin Hussein, for syphilis: that the son of Shas lepromatous type killed a man from the Nabateans Sham, lifted up to Othman bin Affan may Allah be pleased with him and ordered to kill him, spoke to Al-Zubair and the people of the Messenger of Allah May God bless him and grant him peace, forbidding him to kill him. He said: He made his dinar a thousand dinars.
