أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ: وُجِدَ فِي قَائِمِ سَيْفِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كِتَابٌ: «إِنَّ أَعْدَى النَّاسِ عَلَى اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى الْقَاتِلُ غَيْرَ قَاتِلِهِ، وَالضَّارِبُ غَيْرَ ضَارِبِهِ، وَمَنْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ سُبْحَانَهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ» .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1618
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Ibrahim bin Mohammed Jaafar bin Mohammed, from his father, from his grandfather, he said, was found in the existing Saif Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him the book: «The most demonized people on God Almighty killer is the killer, And the one who did not strike him, and whoever assumed the rule of his rulers, disbelieved in what Allah Almighty revealed to Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him.
