أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ صُهَيْبٍ مَوْلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ قَتَلَ عُصْفُورًا فَمَا فَوْقَهَا بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ سَأَلَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَنْ قَتْلِهِ» . قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، وَمَا حَقُّهَا؟ قَالَ: «أَنْ يَذْبَحَهَا فَيَأْكُلَهَا وَلا يَقْطَعَ رَأْسَهَا فَيَرْمِيَ بِهَا» .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1615
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the son Uyaynah, Amr ibn Dinar, about Sahib Mawla Abdullah bin Amer, Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: «the killing of sparrows and above unlawfully God Almighty asked Him to kill him. It was said: O Messenger of God, and what is its right? He said: “To slaughter her and eat it, and not to cut her head off and throw it at her.”
