أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ نُفَيْلٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «وَمَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ» .

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1609

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the son Uyaynah, for syphilis, from Talha bin Abdullah bin Auf, Said bin Zaid bin Amr bin Nufayl: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: «It is killed without his money he is a martyr».
