أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدٍ الْقَارِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّهُ قَالَ: قَدِمَ عَلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ قِبَلِ أَبِي مُوسَى، فَسَأَلَهُ عَنِ النَّاسِ فَأَخْبَرَهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: هَلْ كَانَ فِيكُمْ مِنْ مُغَرَّبَةِ خَبَرٍ؟ فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ. رَجُلٌ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ إِسْلامِهِ، قَالَ: فَمَا فَعَلْتُمْ بِهِ؟ قَالَ: قَرَّبْنَاهُ فَضَرَبْنَا عُنُقَهُ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: فَهَلا حَبَسْتُمُوهُ ثَلاثًا وَأَطْعَمْتُمُوهُ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ رَغِيفًا وَاسْتَتَبْتُمُوهُ لَعَلَّهُ يَتُوبُ وَيُرَاجِعُ أَمْرَ اللَّهِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي لَمْ أَحْضُرْ وَلَمْ أَرْضَ وَلَمْ آمُرْ إِذْ بَلَغَنِي. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الأُسَارَى والْغُلُولِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1608
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Malik Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Abdul Continental, from his father: he said: The Omar Ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him a man by Abu Musa, asked him about the people told him, and then said : Was there any news from you? He said: Yes. A man disbelieved after his conversion to Islam, he said: So what have you done to him? He said: Qrbnah Vdharbna his neck, Omar said: Could Habstmoh three times each day and Otamtamoh loaves and Asttpettmoh perhaps repent and review the command of God, Oh God, I did not come and did not land as commander of the sale!. Take it out of the Book of the Apostles and shackles.
