أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «لا قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ مُعَلَّقٍ فَإِذَا آوَاهُ الْجَرِينُ فَفِيهِ الْقَطْعُ» .

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Malik from Ibn Abi Hussein, Amr ibn Shuaib, from the Prophet peace be upon him, he said: «Do not cut the fruit hanging If equality is subject to the pieces Blat».
