أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْقَطْعِ وَالسَّرِقَةِ.

Sufyan Bin Aynah, on the authority of Amr Bin Bin Shuaib, told us about a peacock, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, like you. Take the two hadiths out of the book of cutting and stealing.
