قَالَ مَالِكٌ: وَهِيَ الأُتْرُجَّةٌ الَّتِي يَأْكُلُهَا النَّاسُ. أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ قَتَادَةَ يَسْأَلُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ الْقَطْعِ، فَقَالَ أَنَسٌ: حَضَرْتُ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَطَعَ سَارِقًا فِي شَيْءٍ مَا يَسُرُّنِي أَنَّهُ لِي بِثَلاثَةِ دَرَاهِمَ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1586
Malik said: It is the eclipse that people eat. Tell us the son Uyaynah, Hamid long: that he heard Qatada asked Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him all the pieces, Anas said: I attended Abu Bakr may Allah be pleased with him cutting a thief in something that I am pleased with three dirhams.
