أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَجُلا تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً، وَلَهَا ابْنَةٌ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ، وَلَهُ ابْنٌ مِنْ غَيْرِهَا، فَفَجَرَ الْغُلامُ بِالْجَارِيَةِ، وَظَهَرَ بِهَا حَبَلٌ، فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ مَكَّةَ، فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَيْهِ فَسَأَلَهُمَا فَاعْتَرَفَا، فَجَلَدَهُمَا عُمَرُ الْحَدَّ، وَحَرَصَ أَنْ يَجْمَعَ بَيْنَهُمَا، فَأَبَى الْغُلامُ. أَخْرَجَ الْخَمْسَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ، وَالسَّادِسَ وَالسَّابِعَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرِّسَالَةِ، وَالثَّامِنَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ، وَالتَّاسِعَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْجَنَائِزِ، وَالْعَاشِرَ وَالْحَادِيَ عَشَرَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْقَطْعِ فِي السَّرِقَةِ، وَالثَّانِيَ عَشَرَ مِنْ كِتَابِ عِشْرَةِ النِّسَاءِ.
