أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ وَهُوَ بِالشَّامِ فَذَكَرَ لَهُ أَنَّهُ وَجَدَ مَعَ امْرَأَتِهِ رَجُلا، فَبَعَثَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَبَا وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيَّ إِلَى امْرَأَتِهِ يَسْأَلُهَا عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَأَتَاهَا وَعِنْدَهَا نِسْوَةٌ حَوْلَهَا، فَذَكَرَ لَهَا الَّذِي قَالَ زَوْجُهَا لِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، وَأَخْبَرَهَا أَنَّهَا لا تُؤْخَذُ بِقَوْلِهِ، وَجَعَلَ يُلَقِّنُهَا أَشْبَاهَ ذَلِكَ لِتَنْزِعَ، فَأَبَتْ أَنْ تَنْزِعَ، وَثَبَتَتْ عَلَى الاعْتِرَافِ، فَأَمَرَ بِهَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فَرُجِمَتْ.

Tell us the owner, Yahya bin Said, Suleiman bin left, from Abu Waked Laithi: that Omar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him a man came to him, a Baham stated to him that he found with his wife, a man, he sent Omar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him Abu Waked Laithi to his wife, asking her As a result of that, a woman came around her and she had a woman around her, so he mentioned to her who told her husband to Omar Bin Al-Khattab, according to him. Taken by saying, make it to teach her quasi tend, she refuses to disarm, and is set to confess, ordered by Omar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him Faragmt.
