أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، وَابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَزَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ وَزَادَ سُفْيَانُ وَشِبْلٌ، أَنَّ رَجُلا ذَكَرَ أَنَّ ابْنَهُ زَنَا بِامْرَأَةِ رَجُلٍ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لأَقْضِيَنَّ بَيْنَكُمَا بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ فَجَلَدَ ابْنَهُ مِائَةً، وَغَرَّبَهُ عَامًا وَأَمَرَ أُنَيْسًا أَنْ يَغْدُوَ عَلَى امْرَأَةِ الآخَرِ، فَإِنِ اعْتَرَفَتْ فَارْجُمْهَا، فَاعْتَرَفَتْ فَرَجَمَهَا» .

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1573

Tell us the owner, and the son of Uyaynah, from Ibn Shihab, Obeid bin Abdullah, from Abu Huraira and Zaid bin Khalid and increased Sufyan cub, that a man said that his son adultery woman man, said the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him: «to Oqdan between you the book of God His son flogged a hundred, and set him one year old, and commanded Anas to become the wife of the other woman, but if she confesses, he is stoning, so she is afraid, and she is afraid.
