أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: إِيَّاكُمْ أَنْ تَهْلِكُوا عَنْ آيَةِ الرَّجْمِ أَنْ يَقُولَ قَائِلٌ: لا نَجِدُ حَدَّيْنِ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى، لَقَدْ رَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَرَجَمْنَا، فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوْلا أَنْ يَقُولَ النَّاسُ: زَادَ عُمَرُ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ لَكَتَبْتُهَا: (الشَّيْخُ وَالشَّيْخَةُ فَارْجُمُوهُمَا أَلْبَتَّةَ) ، فَإِنَّا قَدْ قَرَأْنَاهَا.

Tell us Malik from Yahya ibn Said that he heard Said ibn al-Musayyib, he says: 'Umar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him: Beware that Thlkua about a verse of stoning that someone says we do not find double-edged in the Book of Allah Almighty, I have stoned the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him He stoned us, and he who had my soul in his hand had it not been for people to say: 'Omar increased in the book of God, and I wrote it: (Sheikh and Sheikh, then) A.
