أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ، يَعْنِي: ابْنَ الصَّامِتِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «خُذُوا عَنِّي، خُذُوا عَنِّي، قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلا، الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَتَغْرِيبُ عَامٍ، وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ» .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1569
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Abdul Wahab, about Younis, Al-Hassan, for worship, meaning Ibn silent may Allah be pleased with him: that the Prophet, peace be upon him said: «Take me, Take me, may God make them a way, The firstborn with the firstborn is a hundred skin whip, and a foreign estranged a year, and the curd with a thigh a hundred whipped and stoned.
