أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: لا أُوتَى بِأَحَدٍ شَرِبَ خَمْرًا وَلا نَبِيذًا مُسْكِرًا إِلا جَلَدْتُهُ الْحَدَّ. أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الأَشْرِبَةِ.

Tell us Ibrahim bin Abi Yahya, Jaafar ibn Muhammad, from his father: that Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, said: No one Ottey to drink wine or wine mascaras only limit his own people. Take the four hadiths out of the Book of Scribes.
