أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ الدِّيلِيِّ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ اسْتَشَارَ فِي الْخَمْرِ يَشْرَبُهَا الرَّجُلُ، فَقَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: نَرَى فِيهَا أَنْ يُجْلَدَ ثَمَانِينَ؛ فَإِنَّهُ إِذَا شَرِبَ سَكِرَ، وَإِذَا سَكِرَ هَذَى، وَإِذَا هَذَى افْتَرَى، أَوْ كَمَا قَالَ: فَجَلَدَهُ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ثَمَانِينَ فِي الْخَمْرِ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الأَشْرِبَةِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1563
Tell us the owner, for a bull bin Zaid Daily: that Omar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him consulted in the wine drink man, said Ali bin Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him: see where that flogs eighty; it if drinking sugar, if sugar Delirious, and if Delirious invents, Or, as he said: Umar, may God be pleased with him, whipped him eighty in wine. Take the two hadiths out of the book of soup.
