أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ» . أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الأَشْرِبَةِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1561

Sufyan Bin Aynah, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, told us about Qubaisah Bin Dhuib: “The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said:” Take out the first from the book of the syrup, and the second from the hadith diffusion book.
