أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْجُوَيْرِيَةِ الْجَرْمِيَّ، يَقُولُ: إِنِّي لأَوَّلُ الْعَرَبِ سَأَلَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، وَهُوَ مُسْنَدٌ ظَهْرَهُ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ، فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْبَاذِقِ. فَقَالَ: سَبَقَ مُحَمَّدٌ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْبَاذِقُ وَمَا أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1542
Sufian told us, he said: I heard the father Jawarah reus, he says: I am the first Arabs asked Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, a headrest back to the Kaaba, I asked him about Albazq. He said: Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, has preceded it and what is drunk is forbidden.
