حَدَّثَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «كُلُّ شَرَابٍ أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ» .

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1539

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Sufian bin appointment, for syphilis, from Abu Salamah ibn Abd al-Rahman, Aisha, may Allah be pleased wife of the Prophet peace be upon him, said: The Messenger of Allah peace be upon him: «Every drink intoxicates it Forbidden. ”
