أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ السَّلْمَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّهُ قَالَ: لا تَأْكُلُوا ذَبَائِحَ نَصَارَى بَنِي تَغْلِبَ؛ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَتَمَسَّكُوا مِنْ دِينِهِمْ إِلا بِشُرْبِ الْخَمْرِ. أَخْبَرَنَا الثِّقَةُ سُفْيَانُ أَوْ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ أَوْ هُمَا، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ السَّلْمَانِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: لا تَأْكُلُوا ذَبَائِحَ نَصَارَى الْعَرَبِ بَنِي تَغْلِبَ؛ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَتَمَسَّكُوا مِنْ نَصْرَانِيَّتِهِمْ أَوْ مِنْ دِينِهِمْ إِلا بِشُرْبِ الْخَمْرِ. الشَّكُّ مِنَ الشَّافِعِيِّ.
