أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ: قُلْنَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّا لاقُوا الْعَدُوِّ غَدًا وَلَيْسَتْ مَعَنَا مُدًى أَنُذَكِّي بِاللِّيطِ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا أَنْهَرَ مِنَ الدَّمِ وَذُكِرَ عَلَيْهِ اسْمُ اللَّهِ، فَكُلُوا، إِلا مَا كَانَ مِنْ سِنٍّ أَوْ ظُفُرٍ، فَإِنَّ السِّنَّ عَظْمٌ مِنَ الإِنْسَانِ، وَالظُّفُرُ مُدَى الْحَبَشِ» . أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الصَّيْدِ وَالذَّبَائِحِ.

Tell us Sufian bin appointment, from Abu Said bin stolen, from his father, Abaya bin Rvaap, for Rafi Ben Khadeej, he said: O Messenger of God, I am lost their enemy tomorrow and not with us over Onzki Ballait? He said the Prophet, peace be upon him: «What rivers of blood and mentioned the name of God, so eat, but what was the age or the nail, the bone age of the human, and the nail over the turkey». Take the two hadiths out of the book of hunting and sacrifices.
