قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ فِي كِتَابِهِ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَقْطَعَ الزُّبَيْرَ أَرْضًا وَأَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَقْطَعَ الْعَقِيقَ أَجْمَعَ، وَقَالَ: أَيْنَ الْمُسْتَقْطِعُونَ؟ وَالْعَقِيقُ قَرِيبٌ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الطَّعَامِ وَالشَّرَابِ وَعِمَارَةِ الأَرْضِينَ مِمَّا لَمْ يَسْمَعِ الرَّبِيعُ مِنَ الشَّافِعِيِّ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1503
Shafie said in his book: Tell us the son Uyaynah, Hisham from his father: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him cut Zubair land and that Umar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him cut the whole garnet, said: Where Almstqton? And the sordid is close to the city. He brought the two hadiths out of the food and drink book and the architecture of the two lands, which the fourth did not hear from Al-Shafi’i.
