أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّ مَالِكًا أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى الْمَازِنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا ضَرَرَ وَلا إِضْرَارَ» .

Al-Shafi’i, may God be pleased with him, told us that Malik told him, “On the authority of Omar Bin Yahya Al-Mazeni, on the authority of his father, that the Messenger of God be upon him.”
