قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: قَالَ: سُفْيَانُ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِشُفْعَتِهِ» أَخْرَجَهُ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1492

Shafei said, may Allah be pleased with him said: Sufian told him, Ibrahim bin soft, Amr ibn Shareed from Abu Rafi: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, said: «neighbor deserving Bhfth» narrated from the second part of the modern difference.
