أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «الشُّفْعَةُ فِيمَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلا شُفْعَةَ» . أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1491
Said Ben Salem told us, he said: Tell us the son of Greg, Abu Zubair, from Jabir, the Prophet peace be upon him, he said: «As preemption did not divide the border, if signed not been accompanied by». Take the three hadiths out from the second part of the hadeeth difference.
