أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: «الشُّفْعَةُ فِيمَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلا شُفْعَةَ» .

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1489

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Malik from Ibn Shihab from Said ibn al-Musayyib and Abu Salamah bin Abdul Rahman: that the Messenger of Allah said: «As preemption did not divide the border, if signed not been accompanied by».
