أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَفْلَسَ، فَأَدْرَكَ الرَّجُلُ مَالَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ» .

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Malik bin Anas, Yahya ibn Said from Abu Bakr ibn Muhammad ibn Amr ibn Hazm, Omar bin Abdul Aziz, from Abu Bakr bin Abdul Rahman bin Harith bin Hisham, from Abu Hurayrah About him: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whatever a bankrupt man, then the man realizes his wealth with him through his eyes.”
