وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنِي غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرَّهْنِ، وَالثَّالِثَ وَالرَّابِعَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرُّهُونِ وَالإِجَارَاتِ.

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1480

He told me not one of the scholars from Yahya ibn Abi Anisa, from Ibn Shihab from Ibn Musayyib, from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, the Prophet peace be upon him, such as the hadeeth of Ibn Abi wolf. Take the two hadiths out of the book of mortgages, and the third and fourth of the book of mortgages and leases.
