أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَغَيْرُهُ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَهَنَ دِرْعَهُ عِنْدَ أَبِي الشَّحْمِ الْيَهُودِيِّ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرَّهْنِ، وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرُّهُونِ وَالإِجَارَاتِ.

Ibrahim bin Muhammad, and others, told us about Ja`far bin Muhammad, on the authority of his father: that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Take out the first from the book of sale, the second from the book of mortgages, and the third from the book of mortgages and leases.
