أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَهَنَ دِرْعَهُ عِنْدَ أَبِي الشَّحْمِ الْيَهُودِيِّ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي ظَفَرَ.

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1474

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us happy, the son of Greg, Jafar ibn Muhammad, from his father: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him under his shield when my father Jewish fat man of the sons of the nail.
