أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَبْعَثُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ رَوَاحَةَ فَيَخْرُصُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ يَهُودَ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَالثَّانِيَ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الزَّكَاةِ.

Malik, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, told us about Solomon Ibn Yasar: that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, used to sell. He included the first in the book of the difference of Malik and Shafi’i, and the second and third of the book of Zakat.
