أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِيَهُودِ خَيْبَرَ حِينَ افْتَتَحَ خَيْبَرَ: «أُقِرُّكُمْ مَا أَقَرَّكُمُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَلَى أَنَّ التَّمْرَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ» ، قَالَ: فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَبْعَثُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ رَوَاحَةَ فَيَخْرُصُ عَلَيْهِمْ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: إِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ وَإِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَلِي، فَكَانُوا يَأْخُذُونَهُ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1472
Tell us Malik from Ibn Shihab from Said ibn al-Musayyib, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him to the Jews of Khyber said while opening the Khyber: «Oqrkm What Oqrkm God that dates between us and you», he said, was the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him And he sends a slave of worship to Abdullah Bin Rawahah, so he will keep their hands on them. Then he says: If you like it, then if you like it, then so be it.
