أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلْيَهُودِ حِينَ افْتَتَحَ خَيْبَرَ: «أُقِرُّكُمْ عَلَى مَا أَقَرَّكُمُ اللَّهُ عَلَى أَنَّ الثَّمَرَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ» ، فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَبْعَثُ ابْنَ رَوَاحَةَ فَيَخْرُصُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُمْ. ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: إِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ وَإِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَلِي.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1471
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Malik from Ibn Shihab from Ibn Musayyib: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, said to the Jews when opened Khyber: «Oqrkm on what God Oqrkm that fruit between us and you», was the Messenger of Allah Upon him and peace send the son of Rawaha, so he will keep between him and them. Then he says: If you want, then you will.
